whats does cashout dumps + pin thread mean
 

I have been seeing cashout dumps and pin or (d+p) threads on this forum. Does it mean the atm pin of thr dump? Why should someone give dumps with atm pin to someone else. Or is the thread am talking about only for cashout of dumps?

Yes the PIN number to the dumps (track 1+2) so you can withdraw card balance at atm and most people claiming to sell d+p are rippers because a baby can cashout d+p it's the most easiest/lucrative way to cashout dumps

Hence they unable to cahsed their own country (mostly UK, France and EU) . 201, 221 D+P casheble only on old ATM (who read magnetic tracks only), This type of ATM mostly found on South-east asia. Hence owner of 201,221 d+p looking cashier.

201 and 221 cards have geo-block too, like UK and France cards, but most BIN's work in south-east asia region. Thats the purpose supplier's looking cashier or cashier looking supplier.

You are very miss informed then. Now banks block withdrawal on regions, or specific country is 100% 201/221 (chip) so you cant cashout with mag stripe + pin. Hence you need someone who is in a 101 country to cashout your d+p and make money. Now there are even online shops which sell UK, France, Ireland D+P for $50 each, and they are really hard to cashout

Which country and cities to be specific do these cash out work?
