Well, this tut is already leaked on quite a few other sites, didn't see it posted anywhere and don't know if it still works.

Go to Ebates.com
Choose the tab> enter your email and password> click "Start Shopping"
Click on "My Ebates"
Click on " cashback Method "on the right side and choose from Paypal (e-mail specified)
Click on " Address, Email & Password "directly below and fill out the info
Then click " All Online Stores "(bottom) and start shopping.

Well I tried this before, it didnt work.
If a person cancels a card payment with their bank it cancels for paypal.
Paypal ALWAYS sides with the banks.
So, really, there is no way to protect yourself from a CB.
