Question about 101 201 dumps

I looked around 10 different forums and still don’t have a precise answer or maybe I missed something.

I have 4in1 MSR (encoding stripe , chip , nfc...) also have omnikey and EMV Software

I want to make clone card to cashout in ATM in Europe. So as I understand I have to buy 201+PIN , then I encode the chip using omnikey and EMV software , then I can go cashout in any ATM right ? (I had confirmation of this theory from a level 4 dumps seller from Empire)
But as I read on internet , people are saying , «*no way to encode chip and no way to cashout 201*» so am I missing something ?

Many saying to encode magnetic stripe with 101 dumps and find old ATM which reads only magnetic stripe

So how I should proceed ?

did you tried emv sdk software?

So this is my question . Should I buy 201(Or 206) dumps with pin And encode them using emv software.
Then the plastic will work in every atm for cashout ?

Sup bro I’m from Europe two and trying to do the same thing as you right now. I have the same setup everything ready and trying to get it work. The only thing I struggle at is the emv software. If u wanna help each other out contact me here or on telegram @paypalfraud1
