Dumps Cashout Carding
 

Hey buddies

I'm french and ready to make money with the carding but I have some questions for you because I'm a beginner !
Know that in France we have EMV chip so we don't swipe since a while.
So, If I buy a MSR605 or 606, with plastic blank cards, could I just buy some debit card dumps with pin from United States (where there havn't Pin chip), encode them with the MSR and go cash out to the ATM ?
Don't think it's too easy, tell me where I need to be carefull, where buy my dumps, what's the best dumps to take to be sure to cash out in France (have easy access to Switzerland and Deutschland so if it's needed, I can cash out there :)
