How to Cash-Out with CC & PCS Master Card

This tutorial will allow you to cash-out with PCS Master Card & CC, you will need:

- PCS Master Card
- Phone number
- CC Hacked (Name, CC Number, Expiry date, CVV)
  1. Go to newsdealer and buy a PCS Mastercard
  2. Activate the PCS online with your phone number
  3. Go to recharge-online.fr and buy an e-PCS code with CC Hacked, you will receive your e-refill in 1 hour.
  4. Go to pcsmastercard.com and enter your code.
  5. You can withdraw your money go to Ticket Distributor
